Transport Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end employee transport operations.
• Support 24x7 transport operations across shifts.
• Plan and optimize routing and scheduling for vehicle utilization.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off per schedules and standards.
• Primary contact for transport queries, escalations, and feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders daily.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in employee transport operations, fleet or facilities mgmt.
• Proficiency in SAFETRAX, Route Matic, Move Insync and MS environment.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational environment preferred.
