Coordinate transport of flight hardware, equipment, and vendors for on-time delivery
Use master schedules to coordinate resources and availability
Review transport docs (permits, height, pre/post-trip) and mitigate risk
Travel with flight module as needed to support operations
Develop work instructions for efficient packaging and maintenance
Communicate with internal teams and suppliers; pursue improvements

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
3+ years in scheduling, planning, PM, oversize load transport, or inventory
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain
ERP systems experience for receiving, maintenance, or inventory
Knowledge of DOT regulations and CFR
Valid HAZMAT certification
