🎯 Requirements

• Experience in transport logistics, procurement, or freight operations with strong organizational
• Initial experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or transport procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate with suppliers and customers.
• Good understanding of pricing, margins, and basic commercial calculations.
• Familiarity with CRM, spreadsheets, TMS, and automation platforms; eager to learn new tech.
• Fluent German (written and spoken); good English; other languages a plus.
