Observe and document daily construction activities for transportation infrastructure projects
Inspect roadway, bridge, drainage, utility, pedestrian facility, asphalt paving, resurfacing, and
Verify construction work complies with project plans, specifications, contract requirements, safety
Sample and test construction materials, as required
Measure quantities and maintain accurate project records
Review contractor submittals and report non-compliance issues

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of transportation construction inspection experience
Experience inspecting roadway, bridge, asphalt, concrete, drainage, utility, pedestrian facility
Ability to work in field environments and support project needs in the Florence/Myrtle Beach, SC
Valid driver’s license
Strong math, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
