Transportation Manager (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Own on-time delivery: plan, control, and monitor daily transport deployments
• Act as go-to contact for internal teams, carriers on volumes and schedules
• Procure ad-hoc transport capacity when volumes spike
• Keep transport management system accurate with reliable data
• Spot bottlenecks in first-mile processes and help fix them

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1+ years in freight forwarding or transport operations
• German at B2 level or above and business-fluent English
• Proactive, ownership-driven style; flag problems early and solve independently
• Ideally experience in e-commerce logistics operations
