Review customer orders to develop efficient outbound shipping plans
Adjust order due dates to create consolidation opportunities and maximize trailer utilization
Develop and maintain optimized outbound routing plans
Consolidate orders by destination and delivery schedule to improve efficiency
Communicate fulfillment status and delays to internal and external departments
Target truckload shipments of 40,000 lbs or more when feasible

🎯 Requirements

2 years’ experience in Transportation/Logistics or food/beverage manufacturing
Bilingual; speak, read & write Spanish (Preferred)
