Oversee a team of drivers (Class A and B) delivering to Domino's Pizza stores
Schedule drivers and route trucks
Review trip sheets for accuracy and ensure DOT compliance
Handle customer complaints and concerns
Train new drivers in job duties and safety, complete Job Safety Observations (JSO)
Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma; some college or 2-year degree preferred
2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
2-3 years route scheduling experience
Knowledge of Department of Transportation and FMCSA rules and regulations
MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner
Willingness to support 24-hour operation and carry emergency cell phone
