Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of drivers [Class A and B] delivering to Domino’s Pizza stores.
• Schedule drivers and route trucks.
• Review trip sheets for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, state, local laws, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Train new drivers in job duties, safety, and complete Job Safety Observations (JSO).

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation, FMCSA rules and regulations.
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed.
