Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new and tenured drivers
• Support driver engagement initiatives
• Monitor drivers' performance and hold accountable when performance is below expectations, using
• Complete driver's annual performance reviews
• Review driver's lytx and logs and coach according to the company
• Collaborate on drivers' onboarding and training

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
• 2-3 years of route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of the Department of Transportation, FMSCA rules and regulations
• MS Office, SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner equipment/software
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
