• Hands-on technical leadership; mentor engineers and review designs and code.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in full-stack roles (infrastructure, data, microservices, frontend).
• Proven API design (REST/GraphQL/gRPC) and data platforms; experience in credit/insurance domains is
• Expertise in architecture patterns, data governance, and integration (ETL/ELT, Kafka, iPaaS).
• Strong leadership: coaching, Agile ceremonies, and engineering standards.
• Security architecture, threat modeling, and compliance (GDPR, financial services).
• Hands-on with observability, monitoring, and scalable deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
