📋 Description

• Design, plan, and run ultra-luxury travel experiences.
• Oversee logistics: itineraries, safety, permits, costing.
• Coordinate with DMCs, officials, and partners to craft exclusive trips.
• Manage hotels, aviation, dining, and on-ground operations.
• Ensure health, safety, SOPs, and ground handling are top-notch.
• Travel up to 2-3 weeks for expeditions with groups.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in operations, hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• 5+ years in luxury travel planning/expeditions.
• Strong problem-solving under pressure; superb service mindset.
• Excellent communication and discretion; adaptable to international time zones.
• Desirable: multi-language skills; vendor relationships; crisis training.
