📋 Description

• Create and drive the editorial calendar for Kensington’s travel newsletters.
• Leverage AI to curate and synthesize content into a weekly briefing by region and category.
• Create and write the editorial view that adds Kensington’s expert perspective to curated stories across digital channels.
• Design and iterate newsletter layout and templates, including sections for breaking travel news and regional updates.
• Build source relationships with travel publications and negotiate content-sharing arrangements.
• Establish editorial standards, style, and tone that position Kensington as a credible, trusted voice.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of editorial and writing experience at a recognized news or media org; journalism preferred.
• Experience building editorial credibility with a passion for travel.
• Confident using AI tools to scan sources and synthesize for a time-pressed audience.
• Experience in newsletter product development: layout, pacing, KPI delivery.
• Experience managing content-sharing or syndication with publishers.
• Skilled in A/B testing and analytics; proficient in Power BI.
