Travel & Expense Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Process travel and expense claims for regional entities.
• Use Rydoo, Navan and NetSuite OneWorld to process T&E claims.
• Report to the AP Team Lead within the P2P team.
• Ensure claims are accurate, compliant and paid on time.
• Assist with adoption of T&E tools to improve compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of T&E or AP experience in multi-entity env.
• Hands-on NetSuite OneWorld experience preferred.
• Experience using Rydoo and/or Navan preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration.
