Travel Sales and Operations Executive

📋 Description

• Quote travel itineraries, tour packages, and customer costing
• Arrange hotel, flight and other bookings per itineraries to optimize time
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers
• Answer inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up with clients by phone/email about queries
• Track documentation and payments
• Follow up with customers for feedback about their tour/service experience
• Follow the set SLA and guidelines
• Meet the set targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Commerce/Tourism/Arts
• 1+ year experience in holidays and travel industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Multilingual
• Ability to ask open-ended questions
• Well organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking
