Travel Security Manager - APAC

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day APAC travel security ops: reviews, briefings, monitoring, incidents.
• Produce intel-led risk assessments and practical mitigations for staff.
• Monitor geopolitical, security, health, and transport risks; turn into actions.
• Lead travel security response to medical emergencies, incidents, disasters, unrest.
• Maintain regional procedures, playbooks, triggers, communications, and training.
• Based in Singapore; travel ~25% regionally and internationally.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate travel security or travel risk mgmt with regional/global program ownership.
• End-to-end ownership of travel security ops: risk assessment, pre-travel, monitoring, incident response.
• Experience across multiple APAC subregions; adapt global standards to local contexts.
• Leading traveler incidents and crises with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills; translate intelligence into recommendations and actions.
• Hands-on with travel mgmt data, traveler tracking, mass comms, and intelligence tools.
