Traveling Community Manager - Affordable Housing

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall performance of assigned affordable housing properties
• Maintain strong knowledge of HUD 4350.3 requirements and coordinate responses to regulatory
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for residents who are not meeting lease or compliance
• Prepare properties for REAC reviews, EHS violation clearance, Management and Occupancy Reviews
• Support residents by responding to requests, questions, concerns, and complaints, while maintaining
• Monitor property-wide arrears and litigation matters, document lease violations, coordinate

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience, including team supervision; experience in property
• Experience working in affordable housing environments, with knowledge of applicable compliance
• COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) certification is
• TCS certification for tax credit properties is required.
• Experience with EIV is required, while Yardi experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
