Traveling Community Operations Support Manager

📋 Description

• Act as acting Community Manager when assigned
• Provide regional ops oversight for multiple communities
• Support operations for properties with audits and action plans
• Travel up to 75% of the year, on the road or in the air

• Travel at least 75% of the time
• At least 5 years in Community Operations
• At least 2 years in direct Community Management
• Strong team building, coaching, and training skills
