Traveling Community Operations Support Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the acting Community Manager for assigned communities during staffing vacancies
• Partner with Regional Managers and onsite teams to improve occupancy, leasing performance, resident
• Analyze community performance metrics and implement action plans to drive leasing activity
• Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to community teams to develop talent and
• Support communities facing operational hardships or performance concerns by assessing needs and
• Lead onboarding and integration efforts for newly acquired communities, ensuring seamless process

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including extended assignments throughout the portfolio.
• Easy access to a major airport.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Community Manager overseeing day-to-day property operations.
• Proven success improving occupancy, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and operational
• Experience managing large, complex, or high-volume communities preferred.

🎁 Benefits

• Expected base salary between $90,000-$110,000 plus target annual bonus.
