📋 Description

• Provide field operations support across communities, executing key projects related to community
• Act as a representative of operations to support the successful launch, stabilization, or
• Enhance customer experience through excellent service, supporting resident acquisition and
• Provide hands-on support with day-to-day operations, training on systems and processes, and
• Serve as a subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures, supporting both community
• Partner with community teams to drive revenue through resident acquisition and retention efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to a large airport.
• Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven
• Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing with a strong understanding of
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and a collaborative
• Technologically proficient with experience in property management systems and tools.

🎁 Benefits

• Expected base salary between $65,000-$75,000 plus target annual bonus
