• Provides field operations support across communities and executes key projects related to community
• Acts as a representative of operations and supports the successful launch, stabilization, or

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to a large airport
• Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven
• Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing with a strong understanding of
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and a collaborative
• Technologically proficient with experience in property management systems and tools

• Expected base salary between $65,000-$75,000 plus target annual bonus
