Traveling Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Coordinate and provide restorative OT services to participants at centers and homes.
• Collaborate with PACE physician, rehab staff, and IDT to maximize independence.
• Develop and restore function for safety and independence.
• Conduct OT assessments in facilities and participant homes.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
• Deliver and document OT interventions per physician orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Travel between market locations 100% of the time for up to 2 months at a time.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive occupational therapy experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of OT experience in clinical care with frail/elderly population.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid California OT license or proof of license eligibility.
