Traveling Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments in our facilities and in participant homes to define
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document occupational therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders or as
• Provide training, instruction, and guidance to Therapy Assistants needed to implement Functional
• Provide training and instruction to staff, caregivers, participants, and families regarding the use
• Coordinate and provide restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services to participants

🎯 Requirements

• Required to travel between market locations 100% of the time for up to 2 months at a time, based on
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive occupational therapy experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting with a frail or
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy required; master's degree preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid California Occupational Therapy license, or proof of license eligibility
