🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Three+ years in pump maintenance or rotating equipment.
Experience with pump disassembly, repair, inspection, and reassembly.
Experience with shaft alignment and precision measurements.
Read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance procedures.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and teamwork.
