📋 Description

Heavy travel; up to 75% of the year on the road or in the air
Act as Service Manager when assigned; provide operational support
Regional oversight of maintenance, service requests and turnover
Support Property Managers and regional leaders with action plans

🎯 Requirements

Travel at least 75% with easy access to large airports
Location in DC Metro, Miami, Boston or Philadelphia areas preferred
5+ years in Multifamily Service Operations
2+ years in direct Service Management
Strong leadership, coaching and customer service
