Treasury and Payments Manager (FinTech/PSP)

📋 Description

• manage liquidity and all payment streams (fiat + crypto)
• execute payments via banks, EMI and crypto providers
• work with merchants and providers (operational/financial)
• calculate and control settlements and fees
• find most efficient payment routes to increase margin
• work with FX operations and currency risks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Treasury / FinTech / PSP / Payments
• Experience with payment streams, settlements and fees
• Hands-on crypto provider experience
• Knowledge of banking infrastructure and payment schemes
• Experience with Tier-3 markets or high-risk segments a plus
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, models)
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
