Own end-to-end payment workflows (ACH, Wire, FX) for client approval
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to improve processes
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries
Lead or support opening and setup of client bank accounts with Onboarding/Implementation
Establish bank connectivity; ensure transactions uploaded to Carta
Proactively identify operational gaps and support scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

2–5 years in Treasury, banking operations, or payment processing
Detail-oriented with ownership over assigned workflows
Clear verbal and written communicator with clients and cross-functional teams
Proficient in Excel; comfortable with Looker, Salesforce or internal tools
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing process improvements
Experience creating or improving operational workflows in fast-paced environments
