Treasury & Liquidity Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage liquidity and cash movements
• Monitor balances proactively
• Execute payments and trades
• Support liquidity planning
• Manage banking and liquidity relationships
• Monitor counterparty and settlement risk

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on treasury or liquidity operations experience, ideally within a crypto
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related
• Demonstrated experience managing fiat and crypto/stablecoin liquidity across multiple banks
• Hands-on experience with wire, ACH, and SWIFT payments, as well as spot FX or stablecoin
• Familiarity with crypto custody and settlement platforms and major stablecoins such as USDC and USDT
• Strong ability to reconcile financial records, investigate discrepancies, and maintain a high level
