Treasury & Liquidity Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage liquidity and cash movements: Execute local and offshore fund transfers between banking
• Monitor balances proactively: Review bank and liquidity-provider balances daily, identify potential
• Execute payments and trades: Initiate wire, ACH, and SWIFT transfers within approved limits and
• Support liquidity planning: Assist with liquidity movements, projections, capital-cycle management
• Manage banking and liquidity relationships: Serve as a day-to-day contact for banking partners and
• Monitor counterparty and settlement risk: Track exposure and escalate access, settlement, banking

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in treasury, liquidity, or related financial operations (fintech, crypto
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is required, with
• Hands-on experience with liquidity management, cash forecasting, or banking relationships is
• Experience with payment rails (ACH, SWIFT, Wire) is preferred
• Crypto or stablecoin knowledge (e.g., Tether, USDC) is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed
