Treasury Manager

📋 Description

• Own treasury ops: cash positioning, payments, bank accounts, forecasting, close, FBAR.
• Build scalable workflows and automation for requests, approvals, payments, and bank changes.
• Translate recurring treasury processes into tool and dashboard requirements.
• Identify pain points, data quality issues, and risks; design improvements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, AP, Payroll, Legal, Eng, and banks.
• Use AI, workflow tools, ERPs, and data tools to improve monitoring and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in treasury, finance ops, treasury systems, or related operational transformation.
• Strong treasury ops across cash management, payments, bank admin, and controls.
• Proven ability to build, automate, and improve workflows in fast-growth environments.
• Experience with AI, workflow tools, data tools, ERPs, or automation.
• Strong process-design instincts: map workflows, identify gaps, define requirements.
• Excellent written communications; translate complex issues into clear procedures.
