Treasury Manager

📋 Description

• Ensure Xendit has the right amount of liquidity, in the right entity, in the right currency, at the
• Own daily and medium-term visibility over Group cash and liquidity.
• Manage cash positioning and funding requirements across multiple entities and markets.
• Build and continuously improve cash forecasting.
• Identify trapped, idle or inefficiently deployed cash and develop solutions to optimize it.
• Help define appropriate liquidity buffers and escalation frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years spent directly within the corporate
• Strong hands-on experience with cash and liquidity management.
• Experience building or operating cash forecasting processes.
• Practical experience with intercompany loans and cross-entity funding.
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts, banks and currencies.
• A strong understanding of FX and treasury risk.
