Treasury Manager (ALM)

📋 Description

• Build and own liquidity risk framework (ILAAP, LCR/NSFR, stress tests)
• Develop IRRBB/CSRBB approach for the banking book
• Build the Contingency Funding Plan and early-warning indicators
• Document policies, methodologies and models for regulators/auditors
• Support senior leadership with balance sheet analysis and recommendations
• Partner with Risk and Finance to align Treasury with governance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Treasury, ALM or balance sheet risk management
• Knowledge of liquidity risk (LCR/NSFR, ILAAP) and/or IRRBB/CSRBB
• Comfort building models/frameworks from blank page
• Strong quantitative and Excel/financial modelling skills
• Explain balance sheet risk to non-specialists
• Curiosity about AI to speed up tasks
