Treasury Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor treasury ops, lifecycle events, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams.
• Develop automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliations.
• Investigate cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues.
• Ensure robust workflows and risk controls to scale products and enter new markets.
• Stay current on market trends, risk methodologies, and digital asset regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in financial operations, preferably treasury, compliance, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management.
• Experience with multiple banking partners, payment gateways, and processors.
• Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
