🎯 Requirements

2+ years as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Treasury Analyst
Analytical mindset to break down complex processes
Experience with large datasets and drawing conclusions
Document requirements and workflows clearly
Strong communication to gather stakeholder input
Experience in interviews/workshops with business teams
