📋 Description

• Oversee daily community operations, assist users with platform functionality, approve user clubs
• Review user-generated content and reports of potentially harmful behavior, including bullying
• Apply community standards consistently, fairly, and thoughtfully to maintain a safe, respectful
• Monitor community discussions for emerging safety concerns, including suicidal ideation
• Collaborate with crisis services professionals and emergency responders when necessary to help
• Prepare and submit timely reports to law enforcement, child protective services, the National

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing online communities, particularly in environments focused on harm
• Hands-on experience reviewing user-generated content, identifying policy violations, and responding
• Experience interpreting and applying online community policies, trust and safety procedures, and
• Experience preparing or submitting reports to law enforcement, child protective services, NCMEC, or
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency, with the ability to respond clearly and
• Demonstrated ability to listen actively, respond compassionately, build mutual understanding, and
