Triage Associate I (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Evaluate vehicle test data with internal tools and logs
• Examine sensor data (lidar, radar) and autonomy visualizations
• Document context and identify possible root causes
• Operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with two years' experience; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred
• Flexibility in working hours and shift support
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Ability to analyze issues to assess cause, impact, and severity
• Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication with team
