Triage Engineer

📋 Description

• Synthesize test output data analysis against system and safety requirements for AV behavior.
• Triage data failures; reproduce in simulation; reassign to the correct functional owner and development team.
• Partner with software development teams to maintain a rapid, iterative feedback loop.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering; or 4+ years equivalent knowledge and work experience.
• 2+ years in safety-critical, complex systems (Robotics/Autonomous Vehicles/Automotive/Aerospace).
• Experience with software engineering concepts: requirements analysis, source control, build processes, design reviews.
• Experience with Linux and scripting (Bash/Shell, Python).
• Experience using issue tracking and configuration management tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git).
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem solving.
