Education: JD from an accredited law school; Bar admission licensed.
5+ years of litigation experience, preferably class actions or complex civil.
Trial experience including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.
Background in class actions; managing multi-million dollar settlements.
Skills: writing, research, negotiation, oral advocacy, multi-case management, e-discovery.
Preferred: experience in large settlements, consumer protection, securities fraud or employment law; federal court work.
