📋 Description

• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial.
• Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bar: Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Experience: 5+ years of litigation, preferably class actions or complex civil.
• Trial: Trial experience including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.
• Skills/Tech: Legal writing, research, analytical, negotiation; litigation tech.
• Qualifications: Rule 23, class actions, multi-million settlements, leadership.
