📋 Description

Attend and handle Workers’ Compensation trials in Chico and nearby
Prepare trial files including client prep and pleadings
Represent clients at trials and hearings locally
Review QME/AME reports to plan strategy
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and staff on prep

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years WC with direct trial experience
Knowledge of CA WC procedures/regulations
Experience reviewing/interpreting QME/AME reports
Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable settlements
Experience preparing/finalizing settlement docs; travel to WCAB CA as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized
