🎯 Requirements

2-3 years’ Workers’ Compensation trial experience.
Strong knowledge of CA WC procedures and regs.
Experience reviewing QME/AME reports.
Proven ability to negotiate settlements.
Experience preparing settlement documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
