• Become a platform expert and get certified on our methodology
• Host Stadium webinars and receive peer feedback
• Identify and execute updates on the Engagement Academy
• Contribute to our internal knowledge base (Confluence)
• Lead a project to improve the One-to-Many strategy
• Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer OR successful client-facing experience in Customer
• Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French
• Recognized for listening and teaching skills
• Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally
• Proactive and results-oriented
• Past experience in the learning industry is a plus
