TRPG Publishing Lead - D&D

📋 Description

• Lead externally developed D&D content: adventures, campaign materials, guides, artwork.
• Set creative vision, pillars, tone, and quality for partners.
• Review and approve deliverables for alignment with D&D lore and brand.
• Participate in RFPs/pitches; provide creative and strategic partner assessments.
• Liaise with internal Wizards teams (Product Architects, Design, Narrative, Franchise, Production).
• Own end-to-end external projects: briefs to final delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in creative leadership in games, publishing, or entertainment.
• Proven success working with external partners on premium creative content.
• Strong understanding of narrative, worldbuilding, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to give clear, constructive creative feedback.
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, art, narrative, brand, and production.
• Deep familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons or tabletop RPGs.
• Experience managing budgets and cost/quality tradeoffs for external content.
