Truck Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Safely pilot autonomous semi trucks for testing on road and closed courses
• Monitor the Aurora Driver during extended autonomous operation
• Log real-time feedback for engineers to improve the product
• Escalate blockers with suggested solutions to keep pilots moving
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance Aurora's mission
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of how our self-driving tech works

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial truck driving experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Interstate Class-A CDL
• Driving record must pass MVR guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel up to 50%
