Source, vet, and onboard a high-quality network of drayage carriers across East Coast markets.
Act as the Drayage Market expert, providing market updates and insights.
Manage carrier pricing and execute RFP strategies.
Partner with Sales and Demand teams on client solutions and margin strategies.
Drive cost reductions and maintain carrier rate structures.
Drive P&L performance with data inputs and support invoicing/audits.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree and 5-7+ years in trucking, freight forwarding, or supply chain (Ocean/Drayage).
Proven carrier/partner-facing experience in procurement and management.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Deep knowledge of North American drayage market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Base salary range: $74,500 - $93,000 USD
