Trust and Safety Analyst

📋 Description

• Review, investigate, and resolve reports involving phishing, malware, spam, fraud, impersonation
• Apply Trust and Safety policies consistently, using available evidence and risk-based judgment to
• Analyze account activity, domains, websites, and related signals to identify abusive behavior
• Respond accurately and efficiently to internal and external abuse reports within established
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records, preserve relevant evidence, and prepare concise
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases according to established procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Trust and Safety, abuse operations, fraud prevention, risk
• Previous experience investigating online abuse and making decisions based on policies, evidence
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content professionally, objectively, and
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document
• Experience working with translation tools to review multilingual content and collaborate
