🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Trust & Safety, risk ops, investigations, or related field
Experience investigating complex safety issues and making risk-based decisions
Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or AI-assisted workflows
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actions
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools for risk detection
