Trust Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and optimize Harvey's compliance automation tooling for workflows.
• Design/build a Snowflake data layer for real-time control health.
• Develop AI agents and pipelines for evidence and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering to map tech to controls and inventory.
• Build reports translating signals into risk posture and certification status.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software, data, or security eng with compliance automation.
• Hands-on data pipelines on Snowflake/BigQuery; SQL and Python.
• Experience implementing or administering compliance automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or agents using LLMs.
• Nice to Have: experience at a high-growth SaaS firm building Trust/compliance.
