📋 Description

Own high-impact Ads Trust & Safety workstreams from strategy to execution
Design and scale operational workflows for enforcement models and reviews
Partner with Product, Policy, Eng to translate risk into scalable systems
Improve enforcement and advertiser support funnel through automation
Act as a key contact across teams, providing updates on risk and policy
Drive readiness for new Ads launches, identifying risks early

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years in Monetization, Ads policy ops, Trust & Safety
Deep familiarity with ads ecosystems and advertiser risk
Experience using AI models or agent-based tooling in operations
Ability to own ambiguous cross-functional initiatives
Strong operational judgment and systems thinking
Experience with Product, Policy, Eng, Sales and Legal on enforcement
