Trust & Safety Ops Enablement Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own workflow enablement for T&S Ops; act as DRI for external workflows.
• Build and maintain process infrastructure; document workflows; establish escalation standards.
• Partner with Data teams to interpret dashboards and translate data into insights.
• Lead cross-functional reporting and RCA for significant metric movements.
• Represent T&S Ops in data development discussions; articulate data needs.
• Support forecasting and capacity planning; tie ops data to budget decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience in Trust & Safety operations (content moderation, policy enforcement, escalation).
• Track record building/improving processes; documenting workflows; change management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Policy, Engineering, Data, or Vendor partners.
• Comfort working with data; dashboards; SQL experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex ops to docs/reports.
• Proficiency with Slack, Asana, LucidChart, Jira, Tableau, Mode Analytics; or quick learner.
