Trust & Safety Product Manager (Full Remote - France)

📋 Description

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), incident findings, and user
• Own the product side of improvements to in-house moderation systems, including EverGuard LLM
• Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships, from evaluation to
• Establish dashboards and recurring QA to identify emerging issues and ensure T&S measures work.
• Own red teaming and adversarial testing, tracking findings through remediation and closure.
• Run dedicated T&S reviews for new features and material changes, engaging early in product

🎯 Requirements

• Data-driven product decisions aligned with legal/ethical standards; experience with A/B tests and
• Understanding of content moderation and AI guardrails, including scalable moderation strategies.
• Work experience with trust and safety and compliance, translating them for consumer products.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication, fluent in English.
• AI fluency, leveraging and experimenting with AI tools.
• Autonomous handling of third-party partnerships affecting compliance.
